    We are looking to grow our retail business through Brand Ambassadorship and seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Specialist to represent our company and promote our products or services as well as recruit others. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales. As the Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will recruit, develop, and manage other Brand Ambassadors. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Affiliate Program Management: Oversee the existing affiliate marketing program, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the company’s goals.
    • Affiliate Recruitment: Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates who are passionate about holistic health and natural health solutions, with a focus on quality and alignment with our brand values.
    • Brand Promotions: Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about our products.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with affiliates and partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of affiliates, utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize the program.
    • Revenue Growth: Implement strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing traffic from affiliate sources and boosting revenue generated by affiliates.
    • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that align with our affiliate marketing efforts. This would include but not be limited to creating and managing social media content to promote brand awareness, representing the company at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, etc.
    • Customer Support: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
    • KPI Management: Measure and evaluate the success of the affiliate program against key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in affiliate marketing management, preferably in the cosmetic, foods, or dietary supplement industry
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Knowledge of healthy lifestyles, integrative medicine, and/or nutraceuticals or a strong willingness to learn is highly desirable
    • Ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
    • Comfortable with public speaking
    • Proficiency in analytics and performance monitoring tools
    • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Sales experience is preferred but not required

    Compensation:

    • Compensation listed is a starting base with additional compensation based on performance during contract

    • Base Pay: $47,000.00 per year

    Experience level:

    • 3+ years’ experience in marketing with 2+ years of B2B affiliate or brand marketing
    • Must be passionate about driving growth with exceptional attention to detail, follow through, and execution
    • Familiarity with the technology and tools required to manage and track affiliate and influencer programs effectively, such as Google Analytics affiliate tracking software and customer relationship management systems
    • Knowledge of the overall affiliate and coupon/cashback landscape and major affiliate players
    • Strong content creation skills using social media channels
    • Skill in using customer data to inform affiliate strategies, tailoring programs to different customer channels
    • Experience with outreach, campaign development/management, partnerships agreements, contract development, and negotiations is a plus
    • Strong team management, communication, and public speaking skills
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment
    • Display a positive attitude, willingness to learn and implement change
