FOR TRANSFORMATION™ PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY THROUGH TRANSFORMATION ENZYME CORPORATION OR THROUGH AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS

Requirements to Qualify as a Health Professional

Transformation Enzyme Corporation (TEC) products are offered at wholesale pricing to individuals identified as qualified healthcare practitioners, and some pharmacies. Potential qualified healthcare practitioners are asked to provide a copy of their practitioner’s state license, professional degree certificate, or diploma to our office to establish an account. Satisfactory degrees include but are not limited to MD, DO, MND, ND, OMD, NP, RN, PA, DC, DDS, LMT, L.Ac, RD, MS, MP, CN, CCN, CNS, CT, DVM, and R.Ph.

TEC has an Internet Policy in place which applies to all internet Resellers, who resell TEC product to end users through the Internet.

TEC does not permit or authorize selling our products through third-party website such as Amazon.com, eBay or others. TEC reserves the right to terminate the account of any Reseller using such sites directly or found to be providing product to other persons or entities that then distribute TEC products on Amazon.com, eBay, or other third-party websites.

TEC requires that all resellers of TEC products adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAPS). The MAPS is the Suggested Retail Price, found in our current price list and on our website.

Any advertisement, discounts, coupons, special offers, special sales, promotion, rewards, etc shall explicitly state “Not valid on Transformation Enzyme® products” unless approved by TEC. All TEC products must check-out at or above the Suggested Retail Price, found on our price list and on our website. Any claims or suggestions of TEC product discounting is expressly prohibited, such as “20% off all Transformation™ Products.”

TEC products and prices, including references to discounts of TEC products, are not to be displayed in any Internet advertising, including but not limited to: websites, banner advertisements, pop-up advertisements, and sponsored searches such as those offered by Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and Atlas Search.

TEC reserves the right not to sell or supply our products to any Reseller that is affiliated with a website that violates our Internet Policies. Internet resellers who make reference to or imply discounts on TEC products below the Suggested Retail Pricing or offer coupons or promotions on TEC products are in violation of our policy and grounds for immediate suspension as a Reseller.

TEC will notify the offending Reseller with a certified letter describing the violation of this agreement and initiate a 10-day suspension of their account. The Reseller then has 10 days to remedy the advertised pricing to the Suggested Retail or MAPS pricing, or remove the product as required by this agreement. If said retail price for all products purchased up to 1 year preceding the date of said violation and terminate any future wholesales to this Resellers.
