Job Posting for Front Desk/Clinical Sales Support Specialist Position

Under the direction of our Customer Service Manager, our Front Desk/Clinical Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the oversight of ‘retail’ traffic. This position will also work close with the sales team and assist them by increasing sales through customer account management for end users.

The number one goal of this position is process orders from the web, phone, and email with a can-do attitude and positive disposition. It is important to be available to listen to our customers and meet their needs. We also welcome our guests and customers through the front door into a welcoming atmosphere by being professional and available. It is our goal and your responsibility to meet their immediate needs in a courteous manner. This position will also bring credibility and validation to the importance of enzyme nutrition. Increase awareness and understanding of how and why nutrition and enzyme therapy fits into any holistic and integrative practice by improving patient compliance and outcomes. The desired outcome is to increase account growth, client retention, and new business. This position, together with sales management, will shape the company’s overall sales operation, working with a united team responsible for developing lasting business relationships between Transformation™ and its clients.

Principal Duties:

  • Process online orders, call in and email orders and payments.
  • Receive telephone calls and visitors.
  • Check voice mail daily and respond as necessary or distributes message to appropriate co-worker.
  • Assist clients with technical questions based on company product/protocol manuals, account queries, and website information.
  • Make service calls such as back order notification, delay in shipment and random customer service calls, monthly specials, and event notifications.
  • Document reportable client contact in CRM program.
  • Report Daily Activity Report (DAR) daily to immediate supervisor.
  • Complete sales forecasting for given group of customers.
  • Provide support to outside sales representatives and managers.
  • Process new leads generated by website traffic.
  • Make at least 30 daily out-going calls and make 10 connections.
  • Maintain knowledge of educational and technical support of TEC products.
  • Participate and assist in educational venue, i.e., workshops, seminars, webinars, tele-seminars, etc.
  • Ensure that all job tasks are performed in compliance with all SOP, safety and quality management system rules, procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Support Customer Service Department by sending out gifts, greeting cards, Welcome Back post cards.
  • Maintain neat and tidy look of customers’ waiting area.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable following company procedures and/or processes.
  • Experience working multi-line phone system and computer.
  • Very high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management. Must be able to multi-task and is not easily distracted, and has demonstrated follow through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit genuine concern for clients and fellow staff members and always conduct oneself appropriately and professionally.
  • Personal interest in health and wellness. Shows an interest in healthy lifestyle or has demonstrated an interest in learning to help self, family, and others.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Non-judgmental, emotionally mature and maintains confidentiality of clients’ conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College experience preferred.
  • Doctor/practitioner front office experience.
  • Bilingual.
  • Thrive in high energy environment.
  • Comfortable with making inside sales calls.
  • Experience using WooCommerce.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent.

  • Fulltime Position with benefits.
