This program allows health professionals to offer patients the convenience of ordering products on their own schedule. With options for savings and recurring shipments, this program can help build lasting relationships with patients while adding value to your practice.

Commission Structures

Commission Payments

All commissions from a calendar month will be paid the week of the 20th of the following month once accrued commissions reach at least $25. Commissions less than $25 are not lost, they are simply added to the next month’s activity. You will be required to complete two forms:

• W9 form | required for tax purposes
• ACH/Electronic Funds Transfer authorization form | required for direct deposits
