No matter how you say it, gratitude is key to expressing, affirming, and even expanding our happiness. As Transformation’s founder Dr. DicQie Fuller explained it in her book The M Club:

When we practice an attitude of gratitude, we send our brain the message that we have enough. When we begin to feel that we have enough, we start to share what we have with other people. Then when we share what we have with other people, we open up a flow of abundance, and are able to pull in more from the Universe….

By feeling grateful, we create a sense of well being so that we share what we have with others, completing the circuit and creating a pathway for more to enter in. It sounds ridiculously simplistic, but it works.”
